Carolyn has over twenty years of experience specializing in divorce, child custody and visitation, and child support. Carolyn's practice focuses primarily on litigation involving all aspects of matrimonial and family law. Certified in collaborative law, she believes that the best result in any family law matter is achieved through a negotiated settlement. While settlement is always the preferred result in any family law proceeding, litigation is often a reality. Carolyn is a knowledgeable litigator, always prepared to fight in court to obtain favorable results for her clients. Recognizing that each clients needs and goals are different, she tailors her approach to the specific circumstances of her clients cases. Drawing upon her experience in litigation, mediation and collaborative law, Carolyn strategically analyzes each case to craft the most advantageous and durable settlement for her clients.
