Jayla R. Lombardo

Practice Focus:

Jayla began her practice representing contractors in construction litigation matters and handling residential real estate transactions. She expanded her practice in 2015 when she began representing banking institutions in protecting creditors rights, as well as representing small businesses and individuals in litigating contract and other business disputes. She also litigated on behalf of municipalities in matters of taxation.

With ORB, Jayla focuses on insurance defense in medical malpractice and personal injury matters, and school district defense. She continues to represent creditors, with a focus on nursing homes that accept Medicare / Medicaid, and provides guidance to those clients on navigating the law and its applications.
