Practice Area

Mark is an experienced litigator having tried cases for over 30 years throughout New York State. He focuses his practice on insurance defense including School District Liability, Labor Law/Construction Accident Liability, Municipality Liability, Premises Liability, Automobile Liability and Product Liability. He is the Senior Litigator and Supervisor of the Utica Office.

Upon graduation from Syracuse Law School, Mark worked for a year in Albany at a firm which specialized in plaintiff’s personal injury. He relocated to his hometown of Utica where he worked for several years at a well-known firm doing insurance defense and subsequently began his over 25-year association with Petrone & Petrone, P.C.
