Practice Focus:

Michael Higgins is as an experienced litigator with a broad professional background that includes significant litigation, courtroom experience, and appellate experience. He joined Osborn Reed & Burke LLP in2022.

Before returning to Rochester, he served on the faculty at Brooklyn Law School and the University at Buffalo School of Law teaching the next generation of advocates. He has developed and utilized novel legal strategies to protect first amendment rights and the rights of individuals with disabilities.

Michael lives in the City of Rochester with his wife and twochildren. When he is not in courtroom you can find him chasing after hischildren on the hiking trails and ski hills of New York.
