Rick focuses his practice on the defense of insureds and self-insureds for construction site accidents, products liability, toxic tort, premise liability, labor law, and general insurance defense. He practices throughout Western New York State and in Federal Court and he has argued and won appeals in the Appellate Division and New York State Court of Appeals.
Rick also maintains a successful subrogation practice for large first-party insurance carriers whose insureds have suffered injury in auto and premises liability cases, property damage, and flood and fire losses.
Rick joined Osborn, Reed & Burke, LLP in 2019, after practicing with insurance defense firms in Rochester, New York and Houston, Texas.
